Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Topper account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and use your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
